We provide award winning yarns and roving for the quality conscious knitter, crocheter, weaver and fiber artist.

We have developed a line of original knitting patterns for use with alpaca fiber. These special patterns, allow the use of 100% alpaca for scarves, gloves and sweaters.

Our alpaca fiber is a natural, hypo-allergenic product, grown and processed in America. Alpacas are sheared yearly to maintain their health and to harvest their beautiful fleece.

Because we are alpaca owners and breeders ourselves, we understand why each alpaca fleece is special. Each fleece has an important use, from that very special cria fleece, to your favorite old guy's fiber.

At New Era Fiber, we treat each lot of fiber the way we would want our own fiber to be handled. We can help you make decisions as to blending, combining, or yarn style.
